"Milky 28" Skimmed milk powder Milky 28 is a  homogeneous, cream coloured powder product, giving a pleasant and delicate tase and smell to the final product.
Contains 28% protein.
Used for production of dairy products, milk- based drinks, beverages, yoghurts, soups and sauces, biscuits,  bakery, confectionary products etc.
